Pets vs. Monsters was a lot of fun to make. It was the first web site I’ve made in which the target group were kids – not too little nor too big, just at that beautiful age between 8 and 12…

Needless to say, the GUI had to be very accessible and user-friendly. The site itself had to be very flexible and expandable, the graphic elements appealing to kids and yet refined. Well, it was a lot of fun to work with the team at Funcom, the work went really smooth in spite of the tight schedule. I’d do it again anytime.

For those unfamiliar with the game scene, Funcom is the biggest Norwegian developer in the gaming industry, having established itself worldwide as a reputed game developer. Funcom is mostly known for their game called Age of Conan – Hyborian Adventures, but they have many other great games in their arsenal. Check them out!

Just a footnote on the game itself: try it! It was designed for kids but I find myself already addicted…
